
Quality is a difficult thing to pin down and define, yet we all intuitively think we know what it means and why it’s important. But, could we explain quality in a clear, consistent and objective way?
I suggest that it isn’t possible to specify, design, test or operate anything effectively – no exceptions – without a quality plan, whether you know it exists or not! The plan will involve doing the right things and doing things right – an important distinction that will be explained in this module.
